- All rates are subject to change without notice and subject to applicable tax. Rental rates are F.O.B our yard. Lessee is responsible for proper maintenance and insurance of equipment while in their possession Fuel recovery charge extra. Cleaning charges may apply. Equipment listed is subject to availability Delivery charges extra.
- Delivery and pickup are available for a minimum of $95 each. Customers may pick up or return equipment during regular business hours with an approved trailer and towing vehicle.
- A valid driver’s license and PRE-APPROVED credit card are required without an established account.
- The customer is responsible for any and all damages occurring during the rental period.
- The customer shall provide proof of insurance naming Bobcat of Peterborough or Bobcat of Durham East as a certificate holder. Coverage must be for the full value of equipment rented against damage and loss, including vandalism and theft.
- Quoted machine rates include one bucket.
- Quoted rates do not include taxes, delivery, fuel recovery and/or pickup.
- Cleaning charges may be assessed at the end of a rental if the equipment is not returned clean.
- Bobcat of Peterborough / Bobcat of Durham East reserves the right to inspect any trailer used for hauling of any rental equipment.
- All rental machines are filled with fuel at the time of rental. A fuel surcharge will be assessed if the machine is not returned full.
- Complete terms and conditions will be provided on the rental contract at time of transaction.
